User Agreement

Herhythm is a health management application for women. Through artificial intelligence technology, it provides period management, exercise suggestions, nutrition tracking, and healthy lifestyle support.

Before using Herhythm, please carefully read and fully understand this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). By registering, logging in, or using Herhythm services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

I. Service Description

Herhythm helps users build healthier habits. Based on information you voluntarily provide, including period details, exercise records, nutrition records, and body information, Herhythm provides personalized suggestions.

Herhythm may provide:

AI-generated exercise plan suggestions;

Nutrition record analysis and nutrition suggestions;

Period tracking and phase reminders;

Healthy habit tracking;

Other support features related to healthy lifestyles.

Information provided by Herhythm is for health management and lifestyle reference only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical services.

If you have a disease, persistent pain, abnormal bleeding, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health concerns, please consult a qualified medical institution or doctor promptly.

II. Accounts and Use

You may create a Herhythm account through a supported sign-in method.

You must ensure that the information you provide is true and accurate and keep it up to date.

You must properly safeguard your account information and must not:

Sell, rent, or share your account;

Impersonate another person when using the service;

Use the service for illegal activities.

If you discover a security risk involving your account, please contact us promptly.

III. Health Data and Personal Information

To provide personalized services, Herhythm may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

Menstrual cycle information;

Exercise records;

Nutrition records;

Body information such as height and weight, if you choose to provide it;

Training preferences;

Usage feedback.

Herhythm uses this information only to provide services, improve the product experience, optimize algorithms, and protect service security.

We will not sell your personal health information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data as permitted by applicable law and product functionality.

IV. AI-Generated Content

Herhythm uses artificial intelligence to generate some content, including:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.

You should independently assess whether to follow any suggestion in light of your physical condition.

Herhythm does not guarantee that AI suggestions will meet your personal needs and is not liable for physical harm resulting from complete reliance on AI suggestions.

V. Exercise Safety

Before starting a new exercise plan, assess whether it is appropriate for your physical condition.

During exercise:

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest tightness, abnormal breathing, or other discomfort;

If you have a chronic disease, exercise contraindication, or are in a special physiological stage, consult a qualified professional.

Herhythm is an exercise support tool, not a professional trainer or medical institution.

VI. Nutrition Suggestions

Herhythm’s nutrition analysis and suggestions are based on information you provide and general health management principles.

They do not constitute:

A therapeutic diet plan;

A weight-loss treatment plan;

A disease management plan.

If you have special dietary needs, a disease, or nutrition-related concerns, please consult a qualified dietitian or doctor.

VII. Beta Test Version (If Applicable)

The current version may be a Beta test version.

A Beta version may involve:

Feature changes;

Data anomalies;

Service interruptions;

Changes to the user experience.

By participating in the test, you understand and accept that the product is still being continuously optimized.

Without Herhythm’s authorization, users must not:

Distribute test content publicly;

Share test screenshots or recordings;

Publish information about unreleased features;

Copy or reverse-engineer product content.

VIII. Subscriptions and Payments

Herhythm may offer paid subscription services.

Subscription fees, billing periods, and promotional prices will be shown on the purchase page.

If you purchase a subscription:

You agree to pay the price shown on the purchase page;

The subscription may automatically renew according to its billing period;

You may manage the subscription and cancel automatic renewal through the relevant platform account.

Refunds for paid amounts are governed by the rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment platform.

IX. User Content

Content you enter, upload, or generate in Herhythm, such as exercise records, nutrition records, and feedback, is your personal data.

You authorize Herhythm to process this content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

You must not upload:

Illegal content;

Content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights;

Content intended to maliciously attack the service.

X. Intellectual Property

Herhythm and its related content, including:

Software programs;

UI designs;

Brand identifiers;

AI features;

Copy and visual materials;

are protected by applicable laws.

Without authorization, you must not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

XI. Service Changes and Suspension

Herhythm may, as required by product development:

Update features;

Adjust service content;

Modify this Agreement;

Suspend or terminate part of the service.

We will notify users of material changes within a reasonable scope.

XII. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Herhythm does not guarantee that the service will:

Be uninterrupted;

Be completely error-free;

Provide suggestions that are always accurate or effective.

Herhythm is not liable for losses caused by:

The user’s own error in judgment;

Failure to use suggestions reasonably in light of the user’s physical condition;

Network, device, or third-party service failures;

Force majeure events.

XIII. Agreement Changes

Herhythm may update this Agreement in response to business changes or legal requirements.

The updated Agreement will be published in the application.

Your continued use of Herhythm means that you accept the updated Agreement.
